Education provides you with the knowledge you need in everyday life, when children start out in kindergarten they learn to socialize and sharing, learn the essential of schooling. Math, English, science, and history are the starters of learning, learning the basics of these will sometimes get you started in what you think you might want to further your education when you’re an adult. Everyone learns differently and some just find one or two subjects that are more interesting to learn about then the others. Educations gives you the know how to be successful in a job. Most jobs today require a degree or certification, like if you were to want to be a hairstylist you would have to go to cosmetology school and study there for 18 months, then after that you take a state board exam and then you either pass or fail, if you pass you get a certification through your sate and you start working. Then if you want to be a teacher, you must go to college for a certain amount of time which if you want a bachelor’s degree that will take you up to 4 years. Education doesn’t always have to be in the classroom either, it can be things you learn from other people, but you don’t get a degree. Education is also being offered in inmates in jail, and for any of the inmate to take that opportunity would be in there best interest because it looks good on their record then causing fight and have a harder time after getting out of prison to get anyone to hire them. Education for them would rehabilitate them and make them a better than they were when they went to jail. Education is knowledge and knowledge is used in every day life.
